What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Cleaning price depends of scope of work, square footage of the place and frequency. Normally, Initial cleaning is considerably higher because we need to do a deeper cleaning, which is harder and longer. Our average rate per hr/worker is $45. Interior/exterior windows (ask for an estimate), Inside oven ($35- $ 45), Inside of the fridge (35-45), Inside of cabinets (ask for an estimate), Load of laundry (15), Dishes (ask for an estimate), Garage cleaning (ask for an estimate). Commercial: We would like to see the place and know the scope of work in order to provide a proposal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- Understand very well the job that the customer wants to perform. - Give the customer a price for the job. Explain what we are going to do for the price. - Make sure the client is satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years experience in the field, learning everyday from work and others.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for other cleaning companies and hotels. 6 years ago I decided to start my own cleaning business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. They all are treated professionally, with kindness and respect, making sure that they are satisfied with our job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do different kinds of jobs every day. We normally start with a good deep cleaning of the place and after that, we maintain it. Residential: - Standards house cleanings- Normally between 1.30-2 hrs (2 workers.) - Deep cleanings - 3-4 hrs (2 workers). - Move in/out cleaning - Between 4-5 hrs (2 workers). Commercial cleaning: - Small account - 1-2 hrs (1 worker) - Medium accounts- 4 hrs (2 workers) - Large accounts - more than 8 hrs per day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

- Compare prices for different providers. - Make sure the provider is qualified to perform the job. Ask if they are Licensed, Bonded and Insured. - Obtain an official proposal before to start the job. - Find information about the provider online. Reviews, references, etc..
